Description
The Asian version of barbecue sauce with fried chicken. Made a little more allergy and vegan friendly. Gluten free vegan tonkatsu sauce and it’s great with everything from chicken, pork, to beef katsu.

Ingredients
3 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon gluten free vegan worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons tamari or gluten free kikkoman
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix. Adjust seasonings accordingly. Refrigerate until ready to use.
