Welcome to My Kitchen!
I love, LOVE, L-O-V-E, feeding people. I have a special place for humans with food allergies. My little guys are allergic to nuts, eggs, and dairy. I have many friends that are allergic to gluten.
Most people don't understand the day to day heartache that comes with managing life threatening food allergies. The precision and care that goes into food handling and make those foods enjoyable is a task in itself.
Whether you're a foodie, a parent with kids with life threatening food allergies, or a person navigating through your own, I hope you'll find these recipes helpful.
There is an array of recipes for all different food types. Please take the time to explore. I know I can't feed the masses, but I'm gonna try.
